HAO Sixth Form Football Team

It was a great way to end the year and for some of these students ending their footballing days at the school as they move on from year 13. The way this group of students conducted themselves on the day was excellent and their performance throughout the match showed. The best moment of the game was for Michael (year 13) who has supported Charlton throughout his whole life scoring a free kick from 25 yards out which rifled into the top corner allowing his boyhood dreams to come true (shame it wasn’t in front of thousands of fans)

Throughout this year the boys finished 3rd in the league after playing 18 games coming up against some real tough opposition, the highlight being winning away at Charles 2-0 who then eventually went on to win the league. Each of these students have improved significantly throughout the year and they should be extremely proud of their efforts.
